3 part-time Sales Consutants needed

Carphone Warehouse are looking for 3 part-time sales consultants for their branch in Eastgate Basildon.

  • 15 hours per week
  • Training will be given, experience not essential
  • Must be available to work at the weekend
  • Pay rates: £7.20 for under 21’s £7.90 for aged 21 or over

Working as a Sales Consultant in one of our Carphone Warehouse stores (known as Customer Consultant within the business), you’ll help our customers with whatever they need, asking questions and taking them through our products and services until they have what’s right for them.

We want you to be able to give customers the best possible advice. So we’ll make sure you get early exposure to tomorrow’s technology and will give you brilliant training to help you stay ahead of the game. The fact that we’re completely impartial and independent means you’ll be free to find customers things they genuinely want and need. Expect lots of support and encouragement while you’re here. Christmas Temps

Are you ready to join us on our mission to be the best loved toy shop this Christmas? If you would like the chance to earn some extra cash then read on. You may never experience anything else like it!! Enthusiasm and commitment are essential for all of our seasonal posts.

Day Crew: You will be working primarily on the shop floor approaching and assisting customers, demonstrating toys, helping on the till points and making sure your store remains well presented. You will need great customer service skills and the ‘retail buzz’.

Evening Crew: Your primary role will be to assist in refilling the shop sections and ensuring all store deliveries are completed as quickly and accurately as possible ready for the next days trade. This is likely to involve early or late shifts out of normal trading hours.

Sales Consultant

Jon Richard is a leading ladies jewellery brand, operating as a concession in over 140 department stores throughout the UK, Republic of Ireland and the Middle East. We are now looking for an exceptional Sales Consultant to join our fabulous team at our concession in Debenhams, Basildon.

Please note that this is a temporary role to help cover for a period of maternity leave. The hours are 14 hours per week, as follows:

Tuesdays - 9.30am-5.30pm

Thursdays - 9.30am-5.30pm

From You

We are looking for someone who will reflect a passion for our ladies jewellery whilst providing an excellent experience to our customers. You will thrive off working in a bustling retail environment and have a flair for tailoring the Jon Richard experience for each customer, even when the concession is busy.

The Role

Duties will include; promoting sales of jewellery items, merchandising, customer service, serving customers, cash handling, general housekeeping. Previous retail experience would be an advantage.

Supervisors required

Trespass are looking for two new supervisors:

  • 1 full time role - 30 hours +
  • 1 part time role - 16 hours

Both roles require the applicant to be flexible and available to work at weekends. Experience is preferred, although full training will be given.
