Scope of role:

You will have the overall responsibly for a Benefit counter and Brow Bar within a Store. You will lead a team of Beauty Consultants and Therapists by setting the perfect example, maximising sales opportunities and providing an exciting shopping experience. Duties include training and coaching your team, monitoring performance, reporting sales figures, effectively communicating with management and running promotions and special events. 


- At least 2 years retail/customer service experience gained in a similar role.
