It’s all about setting yourself personal life style goals over a few weeks. Our special Help Your Health stand will be opposite Starbucks on the Lower Mall where competition forms will be available for you to complete. We will be looking to know what three things would you and your partner like to change about your lifestyle? Eg. lose weight, quit smoking, improve fitness. Four couples will thereafter be invited to Club Kingswood one evening when the names of the winning couple will be announced.
