Eastgate's Big Donation

The BIG Donation, a series of nationwide donate events from August to October, enables everyone to help fight heart disease by donating their good quality unwanted goods which will be sold on in BHF Shops to raise money to help fight the UK’s biggest killer.

From Wednesday September 1st to Monday September 13th Eastgate will be holding a BIG Donation event where visitors can bring in previously loved, good quality clothing, shoes, accessories, books, toys and bric-a-brac. To help make a difference simply take your bag of donations to the drop off point situated opposite Starbucks on the Lower Mall. Every bag of good quality items donated could raise as much as £20 or more for the charity.

Everyone at the British Heart Foundation, from our volunteers to our cardiac nurses, works tirelessly in the fight against heart disease. We rely on the support of local people to continue helping heart patients across the region. If everyone shopping at Eastgate fills up a bag they will be helping to save lives in their community. It really is as simple as that.
